Privacy policy
Short version: Stretch keeps your practice on your phone by default. We collect almost nothing. We don't sell or share your data. If you choose to sign in to sync across devices, we store the minimum needed to make that work.
1. Who we are
Stretch ("we", "us", "the app") is operated by the individual responsible for stretchapp369.com, based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, write to hello@stretchapp369.com.
2. What we collect
By default, Stretch stores your practice locally on your device:
- Your habits (names, schedules) and which days you've completed them
- Your 3·6·9 affirmation times and preferences
- Your plant choice and growth state
- Which meditations you've completed
- Your Field Guide reading preferences (including whether the 963 Hz tone is on)
This data lives in your phone's secure storage and is not sent to our servers unless you choose to sign in.
3. If you sign in to sync
If you create an optional account to sync your practice across devices, we store:
- Your email address (used only to identify your account)
- The same practice data listed above
Sync is powered by Supabase (supabase.com/privacy), a privacy-respecting database platform. Data is encrypted in transit. You can delete your account from within the app at any time, and we delete your data from our systems within 30 days.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Stretch offers an optional subscription (Stretch Premium). Payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your card details, bank account or billing address. We receive only a receipt confirming your subscription status, processed through RevenueCat (revenuecat.com/privacy).
5. Notifications
If you enable alerts for your morning ritual or 3·6·9 times, these are local notifications generated by your phone. We don't operate a push notification server and don't track whether you open our notifications.
6. Audio and video content
All meditations, affirmations, stretch animations and the 963 Hz Field Guide tone are bundled with the app. They play directly from your phone — no streaming. We don't record what you listen to or how long you listen.
7. Analytics and tracking
Stretch does not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, attribution trackers, or cross-app identifiers. We do not use cookies on our website beyond what's technically required to serve the page. We don't know which teaching you read, how long you breathed, or whether you finished a session — that's yours.
8. Sharing with third parties
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. The only third parties involved in Stretch are:
- Apple / Google — to process your subscription and deliver the app
- Supabase — only if you create an account to sync
- RevenueCat — only to verify subscription status
- Cloudflare — to serve this website
Each of these has its own privacy policy, linked above where relevant.
9. Children
Stretch is designed for adults — whether you're in midlife, carrying a busy life, managing anxiety, or finding your frequency in any season. It is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in jurisdictions where that's the threshold). We don't knowingly collect data from children.
10. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights:
- For locally stored data, simply uninstall the app — it all goes with it
- For synced data, delete your account from within the app's Settings, or email hello@stretchapp369.com
If you believe we've mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how Stretch handles data in any meaningful way, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we'll let you know inside the app before they take effect.
